Research And Implementation Of GIS Based Communication Resource Integration Management

This paper studies some application techniques and implementation in communication resource integration management with GIS. Communication resource as same as road and electric power resource that have spatial position and property which associate with spatial position. So we can apply the GIS techniques which can provide powerful function of spatial analysis to communication resource management.Combine with characteristic of communication resource, this paper research deeply these key techniques such as construction of communication resource network topology structure, analysis of the shortest path, analysis of buffer, rules of resource distribute, etc. and we put forward some practical and efficient implement methods . We set focus on solutions which include the vector map representation of communication resource network, the abstraction and construction of the topological structure of network, the efficient implementation of shortest path algorithm and resource distribute algorithm. The application values of the arithmetic in the system incarnate mainly in some assistant decision-making function, such as query of broken point, search of path, establishment of emergency project, layout of resource, etc. These applications have many advantages to those communication operator and superior.At last, this paper researches the design thinking, system style, design of function module, design of database, design of interface in detail, realizes the main functions of communication resource integration management system.
