With the development of information technology, there are new challenges and opportunities for the development of network resources platform. General schools have accumulated abundant education resources and teaching experiences for a long time. It is challenge for general schools to transform these advantages to network resources which are suitable for student's studies. The development of modern information technology provides chances to the development of network resources platform. Share information is effective way to reduce R&D cost, achieve complementary advantage and improve education quality. Thus, it is very meaningful to construct network resources platform which are able to access, transmit, share, transfer innovate and apply the teaching cases.Resources of teaching cases consisted of lots of pictures, text, videos and so on. And transmission of such resources through the internet will lead to (produce) great amount of data, which will bring great pressures to web servers. Thus it is necessary to master how to supervise simultaneously the load on web servers and distribute the load to their child node in order to guarantee the quality of case study.Second,the system of case study refers to two participants: Providers and consumers of case study resources. The providers may be composed of universities, trial cooperant school or the third independent providers. Consumers may be composed of teachers and students of universities and primary and medium schools. Therefore, How to effectively collect and filtrate all information and resources from all providers and form a stable, flexible and effective operation system for network resources platform is another problem.TCKMS have exposed some problems such as great pressure to web system service, slow reaction and limited video resources during trial operation. Consequently, firstly this thesis analyzed the disadvantages and improved methods.Then, the effective and stable network resources platform have been constructed in order to guarantee the share of teaching resource through web. In addition, stream media technology and web teaching mode based on stream media will promote teachers and students to filtrate, access, share, congregate and manage information. Nevertheless, introduction of stream media also bring some side effects. For example, single standard server hardly burden high-visits and high concurrence since stream media will consume much resource such as CPU, memory and broadband and so on. As a result, the best solution was via the way of distributed memory in order to deal with high quality of information of stream media with the limited space. Besides, the best solution was to optimize resources in order to solve the problem of high concurrence and long time collection to server. The thesis provided one kinds of stream media system to support distributed numerous simultaneous visits. The main ideas are in the following.First, built system child node of stream media, made the child node become severs of stream media and realized distributed deployment of resources of stream media.Second, set up distributed system based on web, designed the database according to principles of distributed database systems and implemented the large files upload, the resource searching and single sign-on. What is more, apply distributed cognition to create cooperated study environment based on web and offer a platform where teachers can communicate each other, share information and introspect themselves.Third, designed and realized the center of the optimization scheduling in order to guarantee the quality of services during the transmission of hot videos. Let system automaticly choose the optimum way according to probability results based on ant algorithms.Finally, gain instant properties of severs to satisfy high-visits and high concurrence and achieved the load balancing models.
