Design And Management Of Vehicle Safety MIS Of The Armed Police Force

Nowadays, vehicle management of the Armed Police Force is mostly static. The directors and heads of departments can not real-time be master of things, such as driver, the speed of vehicles and equipment, vehicle dynamic position. And all kinds of vehicles can't be deployed in good time in the daily grind and role. If we can dynamically master the information of all kinds of vehicles and macro distribution, then the directors and the heads of relevant departments in time issue orders and implement various tasks in their daily work. The vehicle safety management information system can be used to real-time monitor and command the various vehicles, motor vehicles. It can achieve network-based, real-time management for dynamic vehicle and reduce the incidence of vehicle accidents, and improve the management efficiency. At the same time it can achieve dynamic management and real-time command, and improve military economic efficiency of vehicles and equipment, minimize traffic accidents.Therefore, this paper will investigate how to design a comprehensive vehicle safety management information systems, and discuss applying project management methods to manage the system. The primary research in this paper include:(1) Armed Police Force Vehicle Safety Management Information System development process analysis. In course of the system design, using software engineering design idea, the process includes systems analysis process, the feasibility of the system, customer needs and systems work principle, data structure design and the tables design, and integrate these elements into the design and research of the system. In this thesis, the approaches and results of these tasks are researched in detail.(2) Armed Police Force vehicle safety management information system development process on the project. We mainly research the project background and develop the project work breakdown structure and network planning.(3) Researching methods of implementing project management. We mainly study the various project management methods and technologies in the implementation of the project, which includes the progress of the project and cost control, quality control, configuration management (technical state control) and the main methods of the project contract management, finally the paper presents the summary of the experience in the project implementation.
