Robot football game is a full challenging item with high tech and denseness in artificial intelligence and robot field. And it's also an ideal breakthrough point of artificial intelligence tech which well responses national foundation research and high tech development level in information and automation field. Among the games, emulation team robot is simulated by software, which is not confined by hardware condition. Therefore, much theory is employed. And without the limit of hardware, it is much easier for candidates to taken part in and becomes more popular. Robot football game is to developed for emulator mainly on an international normal emulation platform. Developing process and playing game can be realized in computer. For research institution and universities, introduction is very easy, devotion of fund and hardware is few, so robot football game is participated more in national colleges and universities, and is a well developed match.This paper is mainly the research of RobotCup(Robot World Cup shortly Robotcup). RobotCup emulation team match is going in a normal computer environment. The game rule is basically the same with the International Football League's. The game mode is provided by RobotCup committee with normal Soccerserver system and each run team writes each Client program which emulates that the actual soccer team members take part in the game. This paper mainly completes as follows:(1) Introduction of the structure and run mechanism of RobotCup emulation match system and foundation methods of emulation game world model;(2) Introduction of basic action of emulated robot and analysis of every action's characteristic and resolved methods;(3) Introduction the system decision-making of robot football emulation game, emphasis on the analysis of its path programming;(4) Emulation and realization of robot soccer game.
