Nowadays the household-populated TV is the most influential, the most extensive spread mass media. TV is not only a medium, but also is an industry of the market value and the economic value. Due to such dual-attribute, we must pay attention to the TV's industry operations and management strategy.The Shaanxi metropolis youth channel has the most influential and fine reputation in the entire eight channel of Shaanxi TV station. The channel is based on the self-made programs to build strong brand. The style is fresh and nature, centered on city life, manifests the metropolis prevailing custom, grasps the pulse of city, and has become a mature brand TV.This paper uses the media analysis , audience analysis, cultural industries analysis, economics analysis, management analysis and other methods. Through research and statistical data, focus on the Shaanxi metropolis youth channel columns style characteristics, channel innovation in the operation and management.Experienced for more than half centuries, the TV industry is meeting the market economy environment now.
