Research And Development Of Costing Management System In ERP Based On Web Service

With the development and ripeness of network technology, especially the technology of Internet/Intranet, it provides conditions for economy latticing and globalization. Networked manufacturing has become one of the primary development trends in modern manufacturing industry. Because networked manufacturing involves the integration of many technology, including internal and external integration of enterprises, integration of product lifecycle, the integration of a mass of hardware and software, and integration of technology and management ,the networked manufacturing platform which can integrate various resources and have various functions, will be the technology support tool for networked manufacturing.Costing management, as an important part of ERP system, manages costs of the enterprise. It is the foundation for a enterprise to make an important decision. This paper research on cost management system which based on Web Service, has important operation significance. Applying .NET platform designs Costing Management subsystem software based on Web Service which structure is B/S mode, making Basic Data Management and Costing. The key achievement is as follows:1. The principle of Costing Management is studied, and Costing composing are analyzed, the system model is designed. The function modules of Costing Management Subsystem includes costing basic data,standard costing and fact costing.2. Demand analysis of basic business process has been finished, and function modules of that subsystem are designed.3. On the basis of analyzing the present conditions and trends of networked manufacturing, the architecture of the three-tier Browser/Server structure of ERP system based on Web Service was designed, and then the function modules of costing management are developed in detail by studying the theory of Web Service.4. The instance of Costing system is developed and implemented completely based on .NET platform, using Visual Studio 2005, JavaScript and Microsoft SQL Server 2000.5. The Costing Management system reaches anticipative effect. This System is proved to be designed rationally, have a friendly human-machine interface, and also is easy to be maintained.
