The Design And Realization Of The Data Collection Module And Costing Check Module In The Information System Based On ERP/MES/PCS Frame

Manufacturing excursion system is the core part of the information system and it is the key point of the development of the information system in sequence industrial. With the broadness of the Informationalization in china, Manufacturing Execution System (MES), which is located between the plan console and the control console, became more and more attractive. In this thesis, the applicant puts forward the model of information system and the data model based on the frame of ERP/MES/PCS, and discusses the detailed function of the model. The model of data collection is also discussed in this thesis and the important techniques that are used in the design and realization process are also mentioned in the thesis.The model of Time-costing clue information system based on ERP/MES/PCS frame is brought out in the thesis. The processes of module and analysis of the costing module in CD-MES are also mentioned in the article. The applicant finished the costing check module successfully. In order to make the upgrade easier in the future, the ABC method and component Module technology are used to help and guild the whole process of development.The function model of CD-MES has the instructional function to the exection of CD-MES. Furthermore, the structure model of Time-costing clue information system based on ERP/MES/PCS frame has strategic significance to the informationaization of the company. The costing check module is also put into practice recently; it can supply the important information for decision-making and it also improves the management efficiency of the whole company.
