Research And Development On Web-based ERP Basic Data Management And Costing Management System

In order to improve the enterprise's competitive ability, the informatation construction of enterprise is the necessary way. ERP(Enterprise Resource Plan) provides the solution plan to the complete integration for the informatation construction of enterprise. Recent years, with the Internet/Intranet technology's development and ripeness gradually, it provides conditions for economy latticing and globalization. Nowadays, the managing thought, developing technology and implement method of ERP have been new changes. Basic Data Management, as for the data foundation of the whole ERP system, organizes and manages the basic data of the enterprise. It's also the foundation of the other systems' running. Costing Management, as for important part of ERP system, manages costs of the enterprise. It is the foundation for a enterprise to put out an important decision-making. In the paper East Boiler Valve Limited Company is as the research object, this paper research on ERP's basic data management and cost management system which based on web, has important operation significance. Applying .Net platform designs Basic Data Management and Costing Management subsystem software based on Web which structure is B/S mode, making Basic Data Management and Costing. The key achievement is as follows:(1) On the basis of analyzing the present conditions and trends of ERP, the structure and implementing method of the three-tier Browser/Server structure of ERP system was studied, and Basic Data Management and Costing Management system based on it was designed.(2) The principle of Costing Management is studied, and the main content and data origin are analyzed. According to the analysis of requirement, the business process and completes the detailed design of each function was designed.(3) The principle of Costing Management is studied, and the account method of Costing and Costing composing are analyzed) the system model is designed. According to it, the process and function modules of that subsystem are designed, and then the function modules are developed in detail. The function modules of Costing Management Subsystem includes costing basic data, standard costing and fact costing.(4) The database system of Basic Data Management and Costing Management system are designed by using Microsoft SQL Server 2000 enterprise manage console. The development of database includes database build, tables build and store procedure development.(5) The system reaches anticipative effect. By running it, it is proved to be rational designed, have a friendly human-machine interface, and also is easy to be maintained.
