This paper firstly expatiate the common-used classical parameters tuning methods of PID controller for the representative industry process target. The paper start with three fundamental issues of robust control, which are model uncertainty description, nominal performance, robust stability and robust performance and design an uncertain systems robust controller based on the internal model control principle using the norm-bounded uncertainty regions. This paper uses the method of second-order and unsymmetrical Pade approximation to the dead-time process in the internal model and it is applied to three-parameter uncertainty first order process with dead time (FOPDT) and four-parameter uncertainty second order process with dead time(SOPDT) in the accordingly eight control systems for the first time. The method discusses the filter parameters tuning result and the IMC-PID controller analytic solutions by means of the method of ISE-M. Finally, The computer simulation results of the pressurized fluidized-bed boilers'temperature control system show that robust control system is superior to the general method in control quality, robustness and capability of anti-interference and only the time constant of the filter needs to be adjusted.
