In view of improving the load-adaptability of thermal control systems, aiming at the problems that exist in plant automatic control systems at present, this paper developed two aspects of research: control system optimization design for the purpose of improving load adaptability; and soft measurement method of important state variants for the purpose of improving precision and reliability of measured signals. On the basis of research above, combined with a practical engineering project, an optimization solution based on Teleperm XP system for automatic control system of 330MW unit was presented, and a whole optimization strategy of automatic control system was designed, which included coordinated control system, control system of steam temperature, modified computing of main steam flow, soft measurement of oxygen-content in flue gas, and so on. It was implemented with DCS normal function module. The load-adaptability of automatic control system of power generation unit has been improved effectively after tested and operated. |
