Unit sets coordinated control system (CCS) is a non-linear, multivariable, large time delay, slow time-varying, strong coupling and complex system. There is strong cross-correlation and coupling between the input and output. So identification and control such processes is one of the area's main dilemmas. This paper has a discussion about this object of 300MW unit drum-boiler, analysis and demonstrates the actual power unit's coordinated control program dentally, based on the dynamics of the process and the decoupling theory. Then it has a tuning and optimization to the particular process controller parameter using MATLAB, based on the priori mathematical model. Finally, it summed up the controller's parameters to coordinated control system of the 300MW unit. There is a certain reference value for the further study.
