Based on the German DIN13900 standard, the dispersibility of pigments used to color the medium must be stable, and the quality could be judged by the pressure differece of pigments indirectly. Whereas there is no advanced equipment used to measure the dispersibility of pigments in China at present, we design and develop the dispersibility measureing system of the pigments (thereafter referred to the measuring system).we designed the mechanism of the measuring sytem, and set up the computer measuring system by using the IPC and the temperature and pressure sensors,and the smart instruments. Simultaneitly, we adopt the MCGS,design the application software of the measuring system. According to the fuzzy theory, we combine the strength of the PID control and Fuzzy control, designed the Fuzzy-PID controller to control the pressure of the pigments automatically. The measuring result of the system indicates that the funtion and the precision of the system meet the design requirements.
