Vague Set Theory And Its Research In Fuzzy Information Processing

In the real world, there exists quite a number of information that is fuzzy but can not be expressed and processed by fuzzy sets theory, while vague sets can express and handle more fuzzy information. The research of fuzzy information processing based on vague sets will provide a new tool to the computer process of intelligent information.In this paper, firstly, the relations of vague sets and fuzzy sets are researched. Based on theory of vague sets and voting model, methods for transforming vague sets into fuzzy sets are analyzed, and problems of the methods that have existed are pointed out, and according to three-dimension graph of vague sets, a new valid method is presented intuitively, and its validity and intuition are explained by taking examples.
