Based on the development of intelligent circuit breaker,We sum up the needed intelligence function that should be developed in our intellectual controller based on the vacuum circuit breaker with permanent magnetic actuator. The intellectual controller adopts double CPU, which consists of digital signal processor dsPIC30F6011A. System uses the power electronic device IGBT to designe the open circuit, we choose the magnet sensitive switch instead of the auxiliary switch to control the switching closing circuit and increase the variety of sensor circuit to monitor the operating conditions. The software system follows the modular and up-to-down design principles. we use the assembly language programming to achieve the function of intelligent monitoring and protection for our intellectual controller. CANbus communications is designed to achieve the two-way communication between the intelligent controller and PC so that it realizes the "four remote" functions.
