Research On Technology Monitoring Of Chinese Electronic Information Technology

Based on the documents of 38 effective core journals on Radio Electronics and Electronic Information Technology from the core journal catalogue of Peking University Library and patents of Class H04 in IPC classification retrieval of Chinese Patent Database Platform, applying technology monitoring, this paper monitors the development and change of Chinese electronic information technology, and then delineates the developmental situation and character of Chinese electronic information technology,to provide research basis to establish the domain key technology and core technology of Chinese electronic information technology.First, based on the 68582 papers during 1999-2006 years of 38 effective core journals on Radio Electronics and Electronic Information Technology from the core journal catalogue of Peking University Library, this paper uses the means of technology monitoring as text mining and natural language processing to calculate out the documents distribution in each year, high-frequency words distribution and association, the regional distribution and cooperation, and the fund assistance documents of Chinese electronic information technology.Furthermore, this paper downloads all the patents of Class H04 in IPC classification retrieval of Chinese Patent Database Platform. The statistic results include the patent quantity, regional distribution, the patent units, and so on. However, the patent format is different from document, for there aren't any keywords in patent information. Therefore, this paper adopts all the keywords in the documents of the 8 years, and analyzes the keywords, the high-frequency words and their association, and so on to delineate the roadmap of technology in patents. Then this paper also traces the path of high-yield products in patents.Finally, combining the results of document monitoring and patent monitoring, this paper concludes the developmental state and problems of electronic information technology in China. And according to these problems, this paper proposes related countermeasures of electronic information technology development in China.
