The Patent Portfolio Research Of AGV Technology Based ON Patent Research

With the rapid popularization of the Internet of Things and the introduction of the concept of intelligent logistics,the growth rate of material and commodity flow is rising rapidly.AGV is more and more widely used in logistics activities and production activities,and puts forward higher requirements for the design,technology and function of AGV.Many countries have studied the investment of AGV industry,but the degree of development is different.In order to explore the global layout of AGV industry and the competition among patent subjects,patent map-based patent layout analysis is carried out based on patent literature.Based on the patent data retrieved from Incopat system,this paper divides the global AGV technology into technical fields and analyses the data.The results show that the AGV technology has gone through a complete technical life cycle and is now in the second stage of development of the technical life cycle.The research of this technology focuses on autonomous positioning and guidance system,load handling system,management and monitoring system.Wireless communication system,architecture and processing system,energy system,safety device system and motion control drive system;in terms of patent applications,autonomous positioning and guidance system is the focus of global investment;in terms of technological innovation level and technological quality,there seems to be a great difference between countries in the world and in other countries;from the perspective of geographical distribution,China,the United States,Japan Ben,Germany and Korea are the leading countries in the global AGV market.Taking AGV patents of leading countries as samples,we can know the distribution and competition situation of patents in different countries.As far as the overall level of technological innovation and the quality of technology are concerned,China is in the last place,while virtue is in the first place.Through the analysis of the distribution of transnational patents of leading countries,we can see that Japan and Germany have the widest distribution scope,China is the narrowest,and the layout strength is relatively small.The level of technological innovation and technology quality in various technical fields in various countries market is quite different,except Korea.Through the analysis of the period of patent subject entering the market,the competitiveness,the technical field and the dominant field,we can know the typical subject of each technical field and the layout characteristics of the subject in each country' s market.By comparing the global AGV technology with the patent distribution of AGV technolo.gy in the leading countries,we can see the current situation of the patent distribution of AGV in China,and we can see the existing problems,which are mainly reflected in the low level of technological innovation,the low input of core system application,the low threshold of external technical barriers,the weak offensive force and the strong offensive force of foreign competitors.Strengthen the cooperation between industry,University and research to improve the ability of technological innovation,establish domestic industrial alliances,select countries for international cooperation based on the characteristics of various technological fields for common development,actively promote the layout of patent portfolio,maintain the advantages of autonomous positioning and guidance systems,increase investment in management and monitoring systems,wireless communication systems and energy systems,and pay attention to movement control in the international market.The development of drive system and safety device system followed closely.The structure,processing system and load handling system were reformed to seek suggestions for the direction of new technology research and development.
