Media responsibility theory is an important hallmark of a mature media,Which acting as professional spirit of media practitioners, the entries in noble spirit of humanity, actively intervene in the status quo and promote the rationalization of its development. The concept of media responsibility to establish a media brand value, increase media credibility, and establish a brand culture is of great significance."NanFengChuang" does a very clear idea of responsibility, In the 625 articles during 2006, there are 386 of the responsibility of the media, respectively against three areas ,the state, society, and the public. The magazine has an outstanding performance in the peer industry. A lot problems faced by the country, society public have been pointed out and researched.The system of the magazine guarantees for the realization of the concept of media responsibility, which hold a scientific and efficient management to the reporters, and require their humanistic sentiments and professional conduct. And the magazine formed a unique pure atmosphere. For the magazine's positioning is also inseparable from a sense of responsibility and influence, a fundamental responsibility put forward the concept of the media request.
