The rapid development of industrial automation makes the pneumatic control system more and more complex,and the control methods and means of its equipment have undergone great changes.An automation control device often requires the use of a large number of pneumatic actuators and control devices,and the connection of various components becomes more and more complex.At the same time,the control programs also requires more logic and reliability,and the cost is increasing.so it is necessary to find a new solution.The purpose of this paper is to develop an intelligent control platform base on pneumatic and electric integration integrating an embedded soft PLC controller,a bus-type digital input module,and a bus-type digital output module,and to implement various pneumatic/electric control valves and electrical switches in the pneumatic control system.Access to the platform,the use of programming standards based on IEC61131-3,to make the system more concise,but also easy to debug,maintenance,system expansion is also more flexible.Therefore,the research of The Intelligent Control Platform base on Pneumatic and Electric Integration has positive significance and broad market prospects.The Intelligent Control Platform base on Pneumatic and Electric Integration studied in this paper mainly includes embedded soft PLC controller,bus-type digital input module and bus-type digital output module.Among them,the embedded soft PLC controller is the core of the entire control platform,through the received various switch input signals collected by the input module perform corresponding logic control and generate corresponding outputs to drive corresponding solenoid valves.At the same time,design the user programming platform for PC.The research work of this paper mainly includes:First,on the basis of researching and analyzing the characteristics of the pneumatic control system and the controller,the overall design of the control platform is determined,including the design of the soft PLC controller,the bus-type digital input module and the output module.Secondly,the user programming software for PC and the embedded programming software for MCU are specifically analyzed and designed.The soft PLC includes two parts:the programming development platform and the soft PLC controller.To adapt to the characteristics of the sequential flow control of the pneumatic control system,this system is based on the LD programming language and is designed using the SFC programming method.The programming development platform mainly introduces the design of program editor and compiler,and the soft PLC controller mainly introduces the analysis and execution of the program,the input and output refresh,and the implementation of the hardware circuit.In order to improve the real-time response characteristics of the system,a method of embedding multi-task real-time operating system was proposed.Again,designing the bus-type digital input module and output module.From the perspective of systematization,modularization,and pneumatic control systems,the hardware and software of input modules and output modules are specifically designed.Finally,build a pneumatic control system,analyze the control effect of the system through experiments,write the program and download it,observe the system response status,and verify the results,and summed up the work content of this article.
