GaN series in photoelectric materials, energy devices, has a good effect, a broad scope of application and market prospects. And MOCVD technology has obvious advantages in growing GaN materials. R & D with independent intellectual property rights MOCVD system is of great strategic importance. The temperature of MOCVD system is crucial in the control volumes. Main work of this paper is to design a temperature controller meeting the requirements perfectly; and the principal tasks include the following three aspects.Firstly, hardware of temperature controller should be designed. Economy & simple are both the key points, using low-cost, high-performance chips to save design cost; serial methods of work is selected to minimum SCM I/O port. Secondly, the temperature controller on the basis of hardware designed for temperature control software. Including A/D acquisition module subroutine, D/A control module subroutine, the subroutine of other interfaces cicuits, and completed the entire hardware and software system debugging. Finally, this paper presents FUZZY - PID control algorithm, as well as with PID controller dynamic tracking quality and steady precision, but also has good dynamic response Fuzzy controller, fast rise time, the advantages of small overshoot, and achieved better control effect.
