Active vibration control for piezoelectric intelligent beam structure with random parameters is an important task in the field of engineering structural research,study and control today. In this paper,the research of structural dynamic analysis,the optimization of actuator/sensor collocation and the active vibration control for piezoelectric structure are studied. Considering the randomness of physics parameters (mass density and elastic module) and geometric parameters (width and thickness),the problem of the structural dynamic characteristic analysis based on probability is studied. The problems of dynamic response analysis of closed loop control system based on reliability for the intelligent beam structures with random parameters were studied,in which the randomness of physics parameters of structural material and applied loads and control forces are considered. Firstly,for the intelligent structure's actuator/sensor,velocity feedback control law is dissipation energy due to control action and the optimal mathematical model with the reliability constraints on dynamic stress and displacement was built. Several numerical examples are present to illustrate the correctness and practicability of model of dynamic characteristic analysis,dynamic response analysis and optimization of active actuator/sensor's location built in this paper. The validity of active vibration control for piezoelectric structure with random parameters is demonstrated by means of the computer simulation. And some significant conclusions and results are obtained.
