Recently, by the shot of information, as a conservative industry the rail transit began to use various new transmission technologies, required by the need of many new businesses. The new fiber optical technologies make the most use of band and fine transmission function possible, and realize high speed rate,the high-capacity transmission function. But the survival problem of optical network is still the focus of city rail transit, especially studying and using the ring optical network. By the rational design, it makes the network become enhanced survival ring optical network, and city rail transit maintenance draw the support from the safe and high-effect transmission network to provide high-grade services and more rational information in all domains for city rail transit.After researching SDH ring optical networks, this article analysis the reason of troubles in city rail transit transmission ring network, and study the methods of repairing the broken connections. In the process of troubles renovation, it's easy to repair the trouble of one broken connection, when the number of trouble more than 2 is inextricability, and then bring the enhanced survival method forward to solve the problem. If the trouble of molt broken connections happen, it is need to repair the network by rebuilding a ring, and in maths the process of rebuilding can be called the realization of Hamilton ring. From resolving the Hamilton ring by approximate arithmetic, we can get all available routes to repair the ring, then rebuild a ring by using the standby connections and connecting, eliminating the troubles.In fact, the method is to dig out the survibility of network topologies, and improve the survibility of city rail transit transmission ring network, then reserving the whole quondam equipment and saving the fare of construction. The validity of method is proved by the emulation of many examples.
