With the development of intelligent control, ARM structure together with Linux OS have already become the trend of the industrial control system in the 21 centry. It has been wide applied due to the strong function of ARM structure and open source of Linux.This theis mainly focus on the design and realizion of the enbedded industrial system with ARM structure and Linux OS. The structure of whole system is small and efficient which use specific model and arithmetic. Besides, this system has been designed with feedback PID arithmetic which can be applied into most industrial systems, also in the lab of university. The programming bases on Qt integrated development environment.The thesis makes a simple requirement analysis and select the chips. Then propose the flowchart for both hardware and software including establishing the develop environment, designing the overload, kernal transfer and GUI application. At last the thesis gives a detail sample of a enbedded industrial system with communication via ethernet.This object has a great perspective, also a excellent reference of other planform.
