Research & Implementation Of Personalized Service System In E-Learning Based On Semantic Web

The paper analyzes the development and status quo of E-learning, pointing out its strengths and weaknesses. With a relatively detailed study of personalized service techniques, two new concepts, personalized service system and semantic web, are introduced and discussed, which can be combined into a better service system, thereby designing and optimizing and realizing the personalization of e-learning system.The study goes as follows:I. The study explores the techniques with personalized service and semantic web and studies the feasibility to improve individualized service via semantic web.II. The paper provides a hybrid e-learning model of semantic web and personalized service. By integration of this kind, semantic model and data bank are first created and user needs are then connected with the data bank by semantic reasoning, thereby understanding user needs for better e-learning service.III. The paper designs a semantic web-based personalized e-learning service model. In order to know about e-learners'needs and accordingly offer them what they need, a course is exemplified to introduce the concept of key language points, whose relations are described, both automatic and man-made.The research is of significance to learner-centered learning, which is bound to enhance learning effectiveness and efficiency.
