The fundamental function of mass media based on the information-carrier body from point to dimension, but we talk about now is more complicated channel: the mutual communication. So it has become a buzz word gaining population by TV media in their programs, also is a spotlight means. In TV living service programs we added some mutual communication factor and put it practice in terms of the contents and format, successfully extend the functions of TV, due to the newly boned notion is adaptive with the need of psychology in our developed society, further more it's a new paradigm of communication and methods. However, going through the initial uproar, with the success in the audience rating of TV program, the shortage of introducing interaction into service TV program emerges gradually. The diversity of the manners of interaction has never radically achieved any break in the service TV program.This paper gives research on the mutual factors existing in TV living service program combined with examples to discuss various conditions needed in this kind of program, and concurrent with the problems and policies, trying to get a comprehensive and subjective view by our thoroughly thinking, in order to promote further development of TV living service program.
