Design And Implementation Of Telecontrol Media Play System

We implement two functions of Telecontrol Media Play System, which are remote centralized-control of Mutimedia Players and remote data distributing. Users now can use this Telecontrol Media Play System to perform centralized-control and update their Advertisement Players, which was impossible before. Our Telecontrol Media Play System has higher stability, better deployment efficiency, lower cost and higher play quality. This system is proved to be able to work with "0 defect" for 480 hours without manipulation. The software was implemented based on Linux OS, so the coast was reduced. We use image decoder chip provided by Sigma Design to enhance the image quelity.This Telecontrol Media Play System can be divided into three subsystems, which are Telecontrol Subsystem, Data Distributing Subsystem and Media Play Subsystem. We present all details of how to design and how to implement this system. To enhance the stability of Telecontrol Media Play System, we have done a lot of works, which are Design and Implementation software watchdog in players, implement harddisk self check, inhibition of playing incomplete media files, code review and enhancement the stability of hardware.We implement Software Real Time Caption Player of the Telecontrol Media Play System. For the more complex application of Real Time Caption Player, we should improve the performance of the Real Time Caption Player. So, the Hardware Real Time Caption Player will have to be implemented. We give a kind of Hardware Real Time Caption Player in this paper.
