| With the development of the communication industry, technology and the forming of the global economic competition environment, the work of management such as improving the mode of production, enhancing the running efficiency, decreasing the operation cost and ameliorating the serving quality has been the main concern of the telecommunication corporations.In order to surpass the competitors, adapt for the development of the market and deal with the competition and challenge in the new field, it has been a main problem for all the telecommunication corporations to bring in advanced management style, improve the operation efficiency and serving standard and fully enhance the competitive power. Such issues could be greatly improved by the system of mobile resource management.Based on the status quo of the current mobile resource management, a system of mobile resource management based on GIS was developed, which aimed at the traffic requirements of the mobile resource management.The system, building on the foundation of the background resource database and running on the mode of Client/Server in a standard Ethernet environment, could be utilized to manage the resource of number lines and integrated services. The system has a reasonable structure and use a visual GIS map instead of the traditional MIS to make the interface more friendly and simple; the management process became clear and definite, which accorded with the practical operation process of the mobile corporation; the usage of ORACLE as the database of the system resource made the system running fast and stable, which could meet the demand of the mass data storage caused by the increasingly amount of the equipments.This thesis put forward some design ideas as follow: independent function model design; the system integrates telecommunication resource, geography distribution and resources' property; routing based on genetic algorithm; security management. |
