| It's an important method to develop a new value added service which suit for our customers with supplier's resources, platforms and networks under today's strategy transforming of our telecommunication supplier. With the rapid develop of e-commerce, the comprehensive internet e-commerce is coming to the key futures of our society. Thus, we develop the Jinan Net Communication Internet Business platform. And this thesis ,we discussed how the total process of this newly value added service, including the project analysis, design, develop, deploy and service operating. We introduced the conception of Pan Need, the method of the Commercial information auto pushed and the model of the Web GIS map navigation. At last, we summarized the achievement of the project and the shortage of the project.The first section, we introduce the background of the internet business of the platform, the development of the e-business and CTI technology, and the challenge to the telecommunication service providers. And we give the benefits,innovation and the profits of the project.The second section, we give the complete process of the design, develop and deploy the project. And we give the basic rules of the project design and develop. And give the details of the design environment and design tools, the details of the develop environment and the develop tools.The last section, we give the cases of the service on the platform at the goal of telecommunication value added services. And we give the data of the services operation. And summarize the benefit and problems of the project.This platform of Jinan Network Communication Shangcui Internet Business integrated the updated internet technology and CTI technology. It's a comprehensive internet e-commerce service with the resources of our Jinan network communication corporation, such as the resources of 114 telephone guide system, the resources of Intelligence network platform, and other resources.
