The Research On Integrating Information Platform Of Product Design Based On Web Services

With the rapid development of modern technology, new products in the market greatly shortened life expectancy. How according to the market, customers, procurement, sales and other information rapid response to the various aspects of designing and developing products, become a key factor of product to occupy the market. How timely and accurate design for the product development staff to provide the necessary information to become the problems which is enterprises to be urgently solved.This paper used Web Services, which based on XML data communication and exchange technology SOAP protocol, offers an effective solution to the above problem. Therefore, it saves the integrative cost and improves the whole efficiency. The paper studies how to use Web Services for system integration inside the product design and development departments of Anshan Iron's Chemical Plant on the basis of information system, and how to construct integrated information application platform. The paper firstly introduces relative knowledge about Web Services and J2EE, and then gives an analysis to the present application status of soft system in current Chemical Plant, raises the necessity of constructing integrated information application platform. At last, this paper designs and realizes the integrated information platform of product design on the basis of Web Services. In the paper, the main application of the SOAP message attachments achieve the image transmission. Using Static Binding and compression technologies improve system efficiency, and at the same time balancing security issues.
