And in order to realize the informatization for intelligent regulatory process, it is necessary to develop a qualification application monitoring system for construction enterprise of Linyi as an information platform.This system’s design and implementation are under this background. This system mainly uses B/S architecture and the Spring+Struts+Hibernate system design framework, uses the JAVA programming language, and object-oriented design thought, and adopts relational database SQL Server 2014 to make overall system design. The technology architecture design of this system combined with advanced technology and excellent design ideas, which improved the system’s efficiency, safety and usability in a certain extent.This system combining the actual demand during the process of qualification application and monitoring, drawing lessons from the domestic and international similar systems’ design ideas and advantages to make real development. This system strengthens the real-time regulation and maintenance of system management and data statistics on the base of the finish of enterprise information manage and qualification application, which could complete the work flow management and data statistic and transmission. This system adopts more advanced database to guarantee the safety and accuracy of business data in real time.The development and adoption of this system will be able to greatly aid daily qualification declaration work, making the process of enterprise’s application for qualification and organization management for approval more scientific, intelligent and efficient, improving the level of the informatization and automation for enterprises. This system will be able to play a leading role in the construction enterprise market, to inject information strength for our country’s construction enterprise management, to further enhance the strength and international competitiveness of construction industry.
