Open and distributed system is the trend of factory automatic system development in future. IEC 61499 is a new international standard aims to solve problems in distributed control system. IEC 61499 provides a general framework and focuses on description of control functions and applications. More theory and practical experience are needed to apply the international standard in entire life-cycle of open distributed control applications.CORUF FBDK is a newly emerging IEC 61499 compliant ESS tool, research on this tool is increasing international; however, it has not been applied domestic.This thesis studies the theory foundation and application method of CORUF FBDK tool, providing an improved CORUF FBDK developing method and demonstrating the efficiency and rationality of applying the method to develop system according to the IEC 61499 standard.This thesis promotes the network based solution for Workshop Digital Equipment Integrated Control System. There are three control models of Workshop Digital Equipment Integrated Control System: centralized, centralized distributed and distributed model. The former two have greatly promoted development of control technology. However, demands of control and management increasing continuously, control system accelerated convert from centralized system to open distributed system. Design of control system increasing emphasis on distributed network solutions, and commit to network control system.This thesis targets Workshop Digital Equipment Integrated Control System, combine UML and IEC 61499 standard, use CORUF FBDK tool, this thesis constructs a kind of Workshop Digital Equipment Integrated Control System based on Network using FB. With a typical example--Workpiece Loading System, this thesis designs an IEC 61499 standard compliant application of Workshop Digital Equipment Integrated Control System, provides developing process and verifies the design method studied in this thesis.
