Traditional Printing industry has been developed to digital at present and the competition between printing enterprises is extremely vehement. Customers are not simplex but mixed now. More and more customers require individual products, and the data becomes so enormous and complicated that enterprises should provide more individual customers service than before. It is quite necessary for enterprises to establish convenient and efficient customer service system in order to attract and retain more customers and improve the satisfaction of customer service.The customer service system of printing enterprises includes CRM idea and technology. It accomplishes the design of customer service method flow to fit marketing requirement of printing. Using mature DOM technology to create and read swap file of JDF. At the same time, this system absorbs the idea of PrintTalk to achieve quote flow and uses analysis of UML to complete operation modeling of customers according to the difference of service system and to analyze the requirement of system. Using mature network technology as carrier, the system supplies a uniform service flat to customers. Adopting multi-level framework of software system, it also completes the framing design of customer service system based on the network. In the flow design of service system, it can use data flow graph to analyze the relation of information transferring in the process of operation and get the organization structure of customer service system via flow reconfiguration. When designing module function, it accepts MVC configuration to adapt repetitious visit and display of complex data. The system can analyzes all the data needed by customer service, classify and coordinate data information, and let data asset shared in the enterprise. Using SQL Server to storage data information, this system can treat with various data in quote price and marketing management.In this paper, customer service system which has a new-style idea of printing customer service is present. The customer service flat based on informational means is come true, which gives enterprises a preferable manner of customer service. And it is helpful for enterprises to study and develop individual customer service system. The system will be improved along with related technology that developed constantly. And it will play an important role in the management of customers'relationship.
