The Study On Free Expression In The Present Age Of China

In the recent year,the researching on free express in china becames more and more popular.However,the increase of quantity don't equal with the quality.The research on free express is also too young in china. Systematic study of the entire area, the study is still at the initial stage, and the theory is not perfect. In the difficult areas -- the protection of freedom of expression and restrictions,we are lack of both the foreign systems theory introduction and the domestic scholars thinking. Even in the theoretical foundations of freedom of expression identified, the question remains vague.As for the status of research on domestic freedom of expression, the researchers are lack of reflection and recalling academics. Therefore, I choice of interpretation in the context of the status quo while the research fields of study.The main methods is literature study. This paper instructs the main research on free expression and the major academic research representative viewpoints, and I will explain the situation and the existing research assessment.The conclution is: Most of them agree : the market of ideas and free discussion of public affairs theory is the theoretical foundation of freedom of expression. On the protection of freedom of expression and restrictions on research difficult -- domestic mostly in the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States to study, but this study is not enough, even more the China and the United States judicial system is different. Research on the freedom of the press to in the country is relatively full. In addition, a human rights perspective and from a system perspective study expression of freedom of expression can be achieved noteworthy is the two fields of study.
