As the reality of world development today, globalization is becoming unavoidable. Though most people feel afraid of large operation system, they have to use the products they supplied. Some economists and culture scholars are still keeping their reserved attitude on globalization, but no one can deny the active effect of globalization. Economic foundation determine superstructure, economic development of globalization lead to fast mix of different culture. In this predicament, different view from"globalization","localization"to"glocalization"impacts on everyone. Most of our understanding on these theories stays at culture and value concept level, among which,"culture opposition"is easy for us to accept due to the wonted thoughts formed in"cold war period". The theory of"glocalization"is analyzed by this paper in a large point of view, and combined with the practice of TV organizations in our country and abroad.According to Chinese Television media development,"glocalization"will become a necessary step in the future. Many large multinational intermediary groups are making effort to break through Chinese policy restriction. The development of"glocalization"will not only be a fight of economic benefits, but also in relation to our cultural competitive strength.This paper demonstrated the development stratagem of Chinaese TV media on"glocalization"through the analysis of"glocalization"theory and the development of this theory in our country and abroad. The main body of this paper is chapter 2, chapter 3 and chapter 4. Chapter 2 reviewed the background and rationale of"glocalization"theory as well as"globalization"and"localization", besides, the successful stratagem of TV media organization in developed country was indicated. Chapter 3 sorted the system vicissitudes and current situation of Chinese TV media in order to cover the practical importance of"glocalization"theory on the development of China TV media. The development stratagem and practice of China's TV media on"glocalization"were investigated in chapter 4Wish more Chinese TV programs became popular worldwide, and could make their own effort on the spreading of Chinese culture.
