Web Services constitute a new computing model in Internet. Building complex application based on Web Services is a promising trend of distributed computing. The most difficult problem in the use and management of Web Services is service discovery.Web Services discovery is realized on Real-time Multi-Agent system. The traditional Agent to Agent architecture is modified to meet the require of real-time applications in Internet. The collaboration, scheduling and control of Agents are all designed to fit the Internet computing environment to improve the efficiency.The metadata of Web Services is stored as distributed model. When a query is submitted by a service consumer, a three-step querying are used to improve the performance. The first and second step can reduce the size of the searching space, the third step is based on semantic Web Services matching. The collaboration among Agents follows the Small-World model. The acquisition of the information of Web Services, Agent, average collaboration time and keywords can promise flexible and efficient Web Services discovery, publishing and un-publishing.Declining of service growth time can increase query accuracy, and Declining of service death time can improve query recall. The system allows user to add real-time demand that the result must be returned before deadline. Default deadline will be set if users have not submitted deadline, so that a balance of accuracy and efficiency can be get.The new mechanism has a few advantages over the traditional ones. And the intelligence and reasoning of Agent deserves more research to provide better base functional support for Web Services.
