Analysis And Design Of E-Government Information System Based On Workflow

The appearance of E-government affairs has put forward a new idea for traditional office business style and government affairs disposal which has provided strong technical support for the purpose of making government affairs public, simplifying formalities of examination and approval and improving working efficiency so as to bring huge change on government management decision-making mechanism, to make government be closer to society and the public, establish better service system aimed at meeting the requirements of the public. Just based on this thinking, the requirements for making use of information and network technology, realizing online management are gaining more and more concern from government.First, this thesis introduced the basic concept of E-Government, E-Government system and workflow, pointed out the customer the E-Government system services, analysised the reason why the workflow technology should be pulled into. The prerequisite for an e-Government system can be success is to know exactly what the goventment and department really want. So, this thesis introduced how to analysis the demand of an E-Government system on the background of a real example. The analysis included what applications they now have, the analysis of the core process, the requirement of a workflow system, the construction target and so on. Then this thesis designed an E-Government system on the ground of the requirement of demand analysis. The system includes the system framework, the system construction, the design of the workflow system, network design, the amount of information of the server and so on. This thesis discussed why traditional transaction model can not do very well on the workflow system. So, this thesis discussed how to realize a long transaction model on the workflow system in E-Government System. Finally, this thesis summarized the whole process of system analysis and design on an E-Government system. The popularization of internet and the accelerated development of the world information process had made great influence on the work of government.How to build a E-Govetnment information system is a research hotspot at present. Analysis and design it with the demand analysis will be an improvement to the building of E-Government information system.
