XML-based Data Sources Research And Application

Data Source is the key of Data Mining. At present Data Pre-processing Technique is quite mature. It has to face Heterogeneous Database problem as establishing the Data Source as a result of the unceasing development on the Database Technique. The point on the paper is applying synthetically Data Transforming Technology and Data Preprocessing Technique to solve the Creating Data Source in Heterogeneous DatabaseThe thesis emphasizes on the problem which will be faced when creates Data Sources for Data Mining in the Heterogeneous Database Environment , sets up the Data Sources Module with XML technique in the Heterogeneous Database Environment. In this module, the procedure to create Data Sources is divided into two parts: Data Exchange and Data Pre-processing, and defines the Operation Group. The Database connecting technique, XSLT processing technique, Component technique and data pre-processing technique are also integrated into this module. Based on this module, the thesis realizes the data exchange from Notes Document Database to Relational Database, creates the data sources for Data Mining based on the Groupware, analyzes the data source with Microsoft Clustering technique.
