ERP is developed from MRPII, which maintains many advantages of MRPII. For example, it can combine all sub-systems of enterprise effectively into a complete optimized system of production and management; the coherence and share of data from each sub-system are excellent. It can fulfill the management integration of funds flow and information flow.Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) is not only a application software,but also a new management idea and model,the marketing competency is to be enhanced with ERP by the rational allocation and optimization of the resources and construction of an efficient supply chain. It is the fundamental to change the business process, rethinking and radical redesign of business processes to achieve dramatic improvement in critical. According to optimize the business process,we can manage effectively the enterprise resource.ERP brings in many modern advanced management ideas and methods. It fully exerts the advantages of information technology. It is the integration of advanced management ideas and information technology for the whole resource plan management of enterprise. There are many successful applications in lots of enterprises.The implement project of flow transformation can put the management innovation of enterprise through redesign and reconstruction for the business flow in order to achieve implement effects of ERP. ERP is not only a new-type management ideas and mode, but also a set of advanced computer management system. It helps enterprise to make reasonable optimized collocation for all kinds of resources of enterprise. It establishes highly efficient supply chain to improve the competition of enterprise. Take the innovation of business flow as the center. Reconsider and redesign the existing business flow to establish new organizational structure and improve the management performance. The resource of enterprise can be efficiently utilized and managed through optimization of business flow. The implement of ERP is a hard management innovation. Take the implement of ERP as the shortcut to high-level management. The implement of ERP is considered as the automatization of operation flow. The representative way is a simple simulative manual operation, which directly changes the manual operation into computer operation without considering the great influence of information technology application to changed business deal way and operation management mode.How to prepare for data including static data and dynamic data must be exclusive in ERP system. Redefining data codes of all parts and taking various means can ensure the correct and true data. The definition of ERP system destines the advanced mode of conformity and management for enterprise resources by making use of information technology. There will be no reliable ERP system without the support of data. In order to ensure the successful implement and running of ERP system, we must ensure to get true and corrective data.Multi-source of data means that the information of all departments is not circulated due to there is no corresponding technological means or there is no corresponding idea in departments. Those make data become so called an information island. A reasonable data system should be established firstly before preparation of ERP data.One innovation needs long-term management and constant improvement. After the implement of ERP, the performance of flow needs to be examined regularly as long as the application of ERP and change of business demands. The gap including profundity and scope of application can be found, and then optimized improvement suggestions can be put forward through monitoring flow and assessing ERP application and comparison between history data and application level.The existing optimization has not been limited to EPR. It can meet all reasonable demands. For example, IT management, ERP data presentation and data analysis, etc. are key tasks for optimizing the after-ERP-phase procedure. In the organization frame, flow management department and obligations emerge as the times require. Most of operations are completed through labor division among departments under manual mode. The performance examination target points at department but not at flow. After the implement of ERP, the time feature of the flow can be recorded in system. The operation flow of departments can be more clarified. The efficiency and benefit of the flow can become the key point of management and the target of performance examination. The full-time or part-time flow manager is requested to ensure the strength of optimization and lasting improvement.
