Solid substance measuring system is very important in the producing process and the science experiment, especially in the modern industry, solid substance measuring and autocontrol system become more important.For example: coal-washing industry's coal level auto measuring, chemical industry material auto measuring, large barn foodstuff level measuring. But there were lots of flaws in the traditional solid substance measuring system which transmited signal in line: fixed complicated, structure was complicated; some outdoor measuring stations cost lots of resource to build. Based on these flaws, the paper introduced that a new style solid substance measuring system which the data was transmitted by radio.The article synthetized lots of reference literature and analyzed lots of data deeply about the solid substance level measuring system in and abroad. The article also studied the system in the fuction reliability and the low power cost, finding the flaws in the systems. At the same time the paper analyzed the wireless communication technology and finded a kind of wireless communication technology whichi is fit to the solid substance level measuring system. Finally the paper put forward the wireless transsmion solid substance level measuring system design project and designed the wireless transsmion solid substance level measuring system.The paper introduced the design blue print which was made certain of, the study of feasibility, construction of hardware design and the software development of the wireless solid substance level measuring system, the main work contained several parts:(1) The real application value of the wireless transsmion solid substance level measuring system and the blue print of the system design.(2) The design of wireless control circuit. The system facilitated the MSP430Fxxx groups which are 16 bit micro control unit to control the system, which was used to take charge of sampling data controlling RF data transmitting, controlling RF data receiving, real-time displaying, abnormal event alarming, memorizing data and so on.(3) RF circuit design. The system used the single chip transceiver chip nRF905 to transmit the real-time signal which was given off by the transducer and receive signal which was sent by other node in the measuring and supervisory net.(4) Net protocol design for communication. It included that the wireless connection of point-to-multipoint was realized, and the data was sent and received credibly. After configured through pressing keys, the system can realize the working model transferring.(5) The software design that based on the hardware. It is included the design of basic software which was used for the MCU controlling, the software design of communication between MCU and the RF chip, the software design of the communication protocol, the software design of data displaying in the working field.(6) Testing and some facts need to improve. Baesd on the credibility, the paper also presented some concepts that need to be care of in the design of PCB.The whole system performed well, fit flexibly, transmitted information accurately and safety. The system contained several main paots: data sampling, system control, wireless transmitting, wireless sesor net, top layer computer supervising and so on. The application of wireless transimision in the solid substance level measuring system, it can reduce the devotion of the money, reduce the percentage of the man touch the noxious materials. It implemented the centralization control and enhanced the supervising degree to the system. The system makes vital role for promoting industry supervising and promoting the modern construction, provide a brand-new kind way to acquire and processe gain information for the people.The topic's research applies wireless communication technology and wireless sensor network technology to the solid substance level measuring system. It has realized supervising network and automatic management of information. And it also has the certain reference value regarding the reform and development of the industry supervising system.
