With the fast development of information technology including semiconductor technology, sensor technology, embedded technology and communication technology, the usage scope of Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) which can apperceive, calculate, store and communicate has been wider and wider. Sensor nodes form Wireless Sensor network which can monitor real-time,apperceive and collect the various information of monitoring in the network area, and process that by a self-organization. Research of the wireless sensor network gradually becomes the focus in the industrial and academe community, and has a great application prospect in the military and civil area.The foundation of this article is Sensor Networks. First, introduce the development of the traditional Wireless Sensor Network and current situation; analyze the sensor network's architecture, characteristic and network protocol. Next, introduce the method for deep-hole measuring diameter and the situation of technology development. Analyze the character and deficiency of traditional measuring method. Last, combine with the practical application about deep-hole measuring diameter, and bring forward the opinion about application sensor networks at deep hole diameter measuring system. Realize the function of processing data in deep hole diameter measuring by the wireless sensor network to avoid the malpractice which exists in the traditional method.All the analysis shows that the system has resulted in the whole solution and the overall structure based on wireless sensor network deep hole diameter measuring. Table the design proposal about the wireless sensor node, carried on the design and the realization to the pitch point hardware. And realize the design of procedure about the first floor data acquisition disposal. Based on IEEE 802.15.4standard, this thesis analyzed and designed the wireless communication protocol stack which faced the monitoring condition, and introduced the realizing of physics layer ,data chain layer , network layer , application layer, solved the problems about wireless sensor network data sampling , systematic energy-conservation optimizing , and so on.Summarize the thesis, point out the future work, and prospect for the future of WSN.
