In the paper, a full wireless remote measuring system based on the intelligent measurement of the microcontroller was designed in order to solve the question on the unified management in the condition of wiring difficultly, instrument layout scatter. The remote distance monitoring and measuring system is achieved using double-mode wireless communication based on the wireless data-transmitting module and SMS.The full wireless remote measuring system is appropriate for general purpose, which can measure several input-signals, and transmit data in standard format. The system structure may be divided into three layers. The first layer is intelligent general-purpose wireless sensor module, which can implement configuration and measuring switch according to different function requirement. The software is designed by means of double-circulation message drive idea, and the messages in the configuration and measurement circulation can be processed independently. By wireless data-transmitting module, the module achieved monodirectinal and timing transmission of the measured data to the second layer, namely double-mode wireless intelligent instrument. Then the double-mode wireless intelligent instrument can receive, display and store the data from all-purpose wireless intelligent sensor module. At the same time, the double-module wireless intelligent meter can also respond to the call instruction of the third-layer structure, namely data center. To eliminate the effect to other function from frequent call instruction, a double-CPU structure based on data cache pool is designed. The remote monitoring of the data center is implemented in the common-net. Data can be transmitted in the form of Modbus protocol based on the short message. All information exchange among the three layers adopt wireless transmission manner, which improves the flexibility of the system.
