Research Of Performance Testing Based On Web Application

Performance testing based on web application is the mostimportant means to ensure the quality and reliability ofWeb software.It not only can validate whether the performance meet the need ofresponse time, but also can help us to analyze the bottleneck of thesystem, so the final users can know the performance and developerscan optimize the system.The definition, necessary and type of Web performance testinghave been analyzed, and the performance testing tool modelcomponents and performance testing tools, protocol types have beendiscussed in detail. In the performance testing process, the rationalityof performance testing application tool often directly affect thesmooth implementation of the course of testing, and the mainperformance targets of Web application performance testing havebeen analyzed.First, we proposed an effective Web performance testing model,including five parts: testing analysis, develop a testing program,testing design and development, testing and implementation of themanagement and analysis of the testing results. Then we presents arapid pressure testing method through reasonable estimate initial setup and step value, using binary search system pressure points. Finally, the paper gives a practical sample to show how to test performancebased on the presented model and analyzes the testing results.
