With the continuous development of equipment diagnosis technique in maintenance and management of circuit equipment, Boiler pipe leakage detection, as one of boiler equipment diagnosis techniques, has been widely used inside and outside the country now. With the development of electrical industry, the request in capability, real time and veracity on boiler pipe leakage detection raise increasingly, the existing system can not meet user's request any more. Noise spectrnm analysis is the main method of boiler pipe leakage detection. In this article, based on the analysis of the main arithmetic of noise spectrnm analysis--FFT, The author work out a new kind of boiler pipe leakage detection system based on DSP to satisfay the needed of Engineering.In this paper, based on the wide market request and character of the DSP chip, several projects of the system were discussed, and then, the design of the system hardware and software was done one by one. The system carried out a series of functions, such as FFT operation, A/D collection, communication with epigynous machine or DCS, giving alarm with analog digital, and so on, and improved the real-time ability and veracity.In the design of hardware,the author used prevalent DSP chip TMS320VC5402 as the CPU,and design a circuit board with CAN interface,analog alarm interface .In the article, the method of design of every module was discussed in detail.In the design of software, Hybrid Programming between C/C++ and assemble language was used on its advantage. Each module was programmed respective and formed the whole in the last. The details of program was introduced in the fifth chapter.Because the system has function of display, the article also introduced a few photos about the result. Furthermore, the prevelant FFT arithmetics were also discussed according to their characters. In the last, several relative topics on further development research are discussed and some suggestions for the future were gaven.
