The linear stepper motor control system based on C8051F005 SCM(Single Chips Micyoco), which tenfold quicker than ordinary one, is designed in this thesis, the subdivision range and velocity's continuous reconcilability is extended. In the control strategy, the accelerate/decelerate rule of linear stepper motor is gained according to its power-velocity peculiarity and the dynamics equation, and thereby ascend-descend control of exponential rule is achieved and possessing a better dynamic peculiarity. Meanwhile the miss-step of dot-position control and mechanical impact of linear stepper motor action bottom are all solved. The equal-breadth symmetrical subdivision control technology is adopted in order to overcome low-frequency of linear stepper motor, and consequently orientation accuracy and noise are all improved. The appropriative driving chip which has invariance wave function is adopted, consequently linear stepper motor can has invariance current and a better balanced drive function. The hardware circuitry, its kernel is C8051F005 SCM and UC3717A, drive appropriative chip is designed. Three circulate mode procedure: orientation, parallel velocity and accelerate/decelerate are compiling by assemble language; the start/stop, orientation, velocity modulate and positive/negative circulation are effectively controlled. It is tested in SLPMU-025A sample machine finally. The experimental result is satisfied with the design requirement. It can be lab partnership equipment for motor noumenal R&D(research and development), and can be generalized to the production of linear stepper motor's appropriative driving control instrument in virtue of modifying parameter, which has a preferable application foreground.
