| The traditional method for determining long distance, small targetusually uses film or video tape to record image, then does the artificialdemarcated and determined. The problem of the method is: the hard laborintensity, the low work efficiency and the bad definition. Target detectionalgorithm which is based on image processing technology is mainlyresearched in this paper to improve the questions mentioned before.In the paper, the method of target detection is divided into two partswhich are rough detection and precise detection. It is called rough detectionthat the target and the background are divided by the preprocessing ofgradation, adaptive threshold division, after that the rough range of thetarget is determined through extracting object characteristic. In precisedetection, NC or moment matching is chosen according to the relationshipof successive images. After seeking the partial of sketchy scope acquired byrough detection, the target central is precisely confirmed by projection law.Experiments indicate our strategy is fit to the request of the dynamic targetdetection and tracking in the shooting range. |
