| The test of telecommunication charging is a hotspot nowadays. Thorough research on the technical demand and testing method for the charging performance of telephone network is made and the corresponding test flow is set down according to correlating the technical criterion and combining with the practice. The method and flow commendably directs test work of Shaanxi' Telecommunication PSTN charging.The emphases of this paper are as the follows:1,Make the practical method and test flow.2,Combining with the practice, particularly discuss the method of data analyzed and dealt with.3,Set up the measurement error model of time length and make thoroughly research on the measurement error of the SPC charging time length.4,That significance level can be used in telecommunication charging test, which makes the test result more scientific. |
