Research And Development On Parameter Detection System Of Muzzle Based On LabVIEW

Along with the development of the market economy and joining WTO, the products of our country are up against the drastic competition not only in inland but overseas, especially steel product. In order to improve the quality and the benefit in muzzle production process, we should carry on the massive data examination in muzzle production process. Strengthens of the primary data examination in the production is advantageous to prompt understanding technological process,the production process situation and their result. It also can raise the automation and strengthen the production management to improve production and reduce the cost. Therefore, the examination has already become an important link in the production process. There are some questions in the mordern examinition process.They are examination precision,examination timeliness,examination complexity as well as measurability. For this reason, it request to enhance the intellectualization and the operating process fool in the process. All kinds of advancing signal analysis method was introduced to the strumentation. Software has surpressed the hardware to a great extent in the decision of the performance of the instruments. Especially the hypothesized instrument (LabVIEW)'s appearance to a great extent enhanced each performance of the instruments.This thesis proposed the plan of parameter detection of muzzle based on LabVIEW which aimed at the quality question exsting in the process of muzzle production. We have developed the parameter detection of muzzle based on LabVIEW with step motor,the data acquisition card,each kind of sensor as well as the solenoid valve. This system can be divided into the high pressure muzzle parameter detection system and the low pressure muzzle parameter detection system two parts. The parameter detection system of high pressure muzzle including the work table movement controlling part and the parameter gathering part. The parameter detection system of low pressure muzzle including the channel expanding part and the parameter gathering part.The system will accomplish the automatic and accurate detection of muzzle parameter and have dephosphorize effect. Thereby it will improve the quality of products and modernization of iron as well as steel industry.
