Research And Realization Of Enterprise Information System Based On Workflow

Workflow is a kind of business process which can perform automatically completely or partially. Workflow can be passed and executed during different executors by a series of process rules,documents,information or tasks. Workflow management system is a system that completely defines, manages and executes "workflows" through the execution of software whose order of execution is driven by a computer representation of the workflow logic.In the EIS(Enterprise Information System), the application of workflow is very extensive, especially there are many processes which are being examined and approved between sections. This kind of process is a process that involves several sections of demand, many persons to moderate the work. It can shorten the periods of design, optimize use of resource and improve the efficiency of design through applying the conception and idea of workflow to the EIS.This paper analyses and establishes the model of processes which are being examined and approved belong EIS based on studying the workflow technology and workflow model and combine the theory of establishing the model of workflow and workflow net. This paper applies workflow technology to process management of Enterprise Information System, designs and realizes the lightweight system which based on a database of relation of workflow, combining the designal standard of workflow engine which advocating by WfMC. This paper designs and realizes a kind of workflow management system in keeping with inner part of business enterprise to transact the work of the process through using .Net technique. The system provides the run time execution environment for a process instance. It is able to interpret the process definition, to control and track workflow events during workflow execution, to navigate activities' processing, to maintain workflow control data, etc. This paper analyses real work process, designs right function to realizing the automation of work processes.
