The merit of gear radial composite deviation measurement is fast,espesially for the final detection of gear products in batch.the instrument can use standard component(like standard gear) for correction.But with the increasing demand for better gear's measurement,the gear's measuring technology has been developing for advanced and multiple direction.For the improvement of gear measurement's precision and reducing the effect of the interrupt,my work is aiming at gear deviation's spectrum and the desing of IIR and FIR filters.Using new IT technology promotes the competivity and the technical content of the products.For achieving the easy operation of the measurement system,the task adopts Visual C++ 6.0 as the platform and develops the operating interface and data processing program.Comparing with reading meters personally and recording data manually,the measure system promotes the automatic ability of gear composite deviation measurement.In the aspect of connecting with the PC,the measure system uses PCI9052 chip to develop the PCI bus interface card,and writes WDM driver program.This makes it possible to transfer data to PC precisly and steadly.To sum it up,the gear radial composite deviation measuring system is based on the gear precision theory and measuring technology,it is also combined with digital signal processing and PCI bus technology.In this way,the task trys to promote the measuring precision of gear products and realize automatic operation during the measuring.
