The enzyme survey of vigor is a very valuable research issue in the enzyme project. Any biochemistry activity is followed by the energy change, and the energy change causes the change of the temperature eventually, so it's a effective method to precisely determines the enzyme vigor through the survey of changed temperature during reaction.A highly accurate temperature survey system based on microcomputer measure and control network is designed in this paper according to the requests of enzyme vigor research. More attention is given to the special requests that chemistry reaction is Called for installment and the system in the processing. The temperature sensor AD590 with high accuracy and in current-pattern is adopted; the part of signal regulation uses the switching circuit of bridge type, which and has realized the linear correspondence between the centigrade temperature and the magnitude of current. In software processing, the algorithm of compound digit filter is used, which has given attention to both the accuracy and the rapidity. According to the MODBUS communication protocol,the constructed distributional master-slaver microcomputer measure and control network allows the user to redefined the order code according to the different purposes and measurement object. In order to realize the request of surveillance and the data sharing which are based on Internet's long-distance ,the methods by which TCP/IP is embedded in the equipments are discussed.The interface of man-machine contact and the software on high are designed based on the object-oriented methoda, An effective management system of experiment data is contructed considering the dynamic expansibility of the enzyme vigor survey.At last ,validation and the value of this system are verified by the measurement experiments with the example of the catalase vigor .
