At the posterior stage of natural gas exploitation, most gas wells stop production and reduceof output cause the liquid holdup may decrease the productivity of gas producing wells. There are57 low production natural gas wells in Daqing Oilfield, 41 gas wells among them should be usedof foaming agents to reduce fluid levels and increasing well production. However, beforeperformance evaluation he foam was put into the gas wells anciently, there are no performanceevaluation methods of foam ability. For realization the abilities of foamed, the drop entrainmentmodel for production of gas well, steady bubble and process the performance evaluation ofsuitable capability, to optimize the determination of foaming efficacy, aim at the characteristics ofgas wells in Daqing gas field to exert the evaluation foam, develop the performance evaluationequipment of foam ability. In this article, related thought of collectivity design, entering liquidsystem, entering gas system, the pillar system and data collecting system. Depict the controlprinciple of entering liquid system and entering gas system detailedly. Build up the system framediagram of data collecting system, used the Single Chip Micyoco and PC to complet the functionof collecting data and delivering data, same while, used the Visual Basic diagram Toolkit finishedthe design of operating system. More testing histories are presented to describe the effect of thestatic states capability and the dynamic state capability of using nine kinds of chemical foamer toget the best compatible foam in Daqing gas field. This performance evaluation equipment succeedinto the foam evaluation system and optimize it. For easing the people's working strength,directive the using method of foam in right work field, the performance evaluation equipment offoam are operated on impersonal, fair, remove the error margin of the artificial factor.
